Well baseball season has officially began for the summer. This means lots of time in the car, lots of time funning and sunning at the baseball field plus concession stand duties. Well this year concession stand is going to look different. The coach asked us to take it over.
Starting tomorrow Arkansas Tom's Razorback BBQ will be cooking smoked hotdogs and pulled pork sandwiches. We may be adding other foods as the season goes on.
We are currently slow smoking 2 pork shoulders in our smoker for tomorrow.
